I validate uploaded application images and use them only to deliver the application. They are never published automatically and are removed from temporary website storage after processing. Email retention depends on the configured mail provider and my documented retention policy.
Sharing and transfers
I do not sell your information. Hosting and email providers may process it solely to operate the website and deliver messages. Their identities and any international-transfer safeguards must be documented before launch.
Analytics and cookies
No non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are enabled in this build. A necessary session cookie protects forms and remembers short-lived security information.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
