Information collected
Session and model forms collect the contact information, message and choices you provide. Model applications may include up to eight reference photographs. I request only the information I need to respond to the inquiry or assess the proposed collaboration.
Purpose and legal basis
I process information to answer your request and take steps you ask for before any agreement. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it by contacting me.
Uploaded images
I validate uploaded application images and use them only to deliver the application. They are re-encoded and reduced in size before delivery, which removes embedded metadata such as camera details and location. They are never published automatically and are removed from temporary website storage after processing.
How long I keep information
I keep personal information only as long as it is needed. If we do not go ahead with a session, I delete your message and everything sent with it within six months. If we do work together, I keep only what the arrangement requires and delete the rest. Reference photographs sent with a model application are deleted as soon as I have assessed the application, and within six months at the latest. You can ask me to delete everything sooner at any time.
Sharing and transfers
I do not sell your information. The website and its mailbox are operated by Websupport in Slovakia, inside the European Union. Google Analytics is provided by Google, which may transfer usage data outside the European Union. No one else receives your information, and it is never used for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and how visitors use its pages. Google Analytics may store analytics cookies. A necessary session cookie protects forms and remembers short-lived security information.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
